Villa variations

Jasmine has a Jacuzzi, a work station, a balcony off the laundry.
Lavender has a swim trainer, a work station and a balcony off the laundry.
Both Jasmine and Lavender have a swimming pool which can be heated at an additional charge.

External

The outside sun deck and pool area are paved with unpolished marble to give a non-slip finish. There is an external shower and garden lighting. The gardens are planted with trees, shrubs and herbs.

Each sundeck includes sun beds, an external barbecue and a dining area with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining.

Secluded Site

Each villa is part of a quiet, private community. Street lighting on the short road leading from the 'main' road to your villa will welcome you home. It is a quiet area, but not remote – well away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far when you want it.

Two of the six villas are still owned by a Director of Bordo Construction, the specialist Turkish property development company responsible for the site. You can therefore be assured that the development will remain quiet, tasteful and well maintained.

Stunning Views

Through picture-frame windows and sliding doors you can look out over the plains of Patara, with mountain peaks to the side and Patara Beach and the Turquoise Coast beyond. On clear days it is even possible to see Rhodes in the distance.

As the evening breeze cools and the sun gently sets, you can sit on your terrace and watch the stars above, and look down on the lights below.
